🔬 From Thin Section to Basin
Most of us spend our careers jumping from micro to macro scales. In one day, Bo Henk and Jim Hickey will connect them all: pore space in thin section, bedding in slab, facies in core, correlation across six counties on the Sabine High, and the Cotton Valley Sandstone from East Texas into North Louisiana. Even if Cotton Valley isn't your AOI, tying pore to basin is how you evaluate any reservoir.

From Basin to Core Box: the play area, the modern barrier shoreline analog, and the regional correlation behind the workshop.
📚 What to expect

· Breakfast, lunch and a networking reception at the end of each day
