The U.S. finished 2023 as world LNG export leader with a staggering 4.342 TCF of shipped gas. The robust 2023 4th quarter had seven U.S. terminals averaging almost 13 BCFGPD of exports. East Texas-Western Louisiana / Haynesville Basin is strategically located to deliver natural gas to Gulf Coast LNG terminals. The story for natural gas and LNG continues to improve in 2024 even with an anti-fossil fuel Biden-Harris Administration. However, a change in energy policy is needed to keep affordable energy.

Globalization is all but over. Western Europe has opted for U.S. LNG and other stable sources for natural gas. A vast LNG infrastructure is under construction in Europe to replace Russian pipeline natural gas. World LNG marine vessel construction is more than robust. U.S. LNG no longer has a temporary over-capacity deliverability. More LNG export construction needs to be permitted to meet world demand beyond 2030. The future is in natural gas as a clean green fuel.
